MarQuee Residences offers latests terms

We recently received a new offered terms for prospective client who wish to acquire a residences inside MarQuee Residences Angeles City.  MarQuee Residences is a two tower residential condominiums located beside the MarQuee Mall, An Ayala Mall.

Marquee-ology 101: Updates on Marquee Residences in Angeles City

Last Oct 6, 2011, Marquee Residences had their formal groundbreaking ceremonies at the Marquee Residences site beside Marquee Mall. Alveo Land Corp and Ayala Land officials graced this grand event in the starting phase of the construction of this new residential and leisure development in Angeles City.

MarQuee Residences | Residential Condominium near Marquee Mall Angeles City


Since 2010, Alveo Land Company, an Ayala Land subsidiary will finally launched their latest project that will compliment bought the nearby developments, Marquee Place and Marquee Mall by April 2011. The project named ANGELES 9 will soon be envisioned as the newest landmark for those traveling up north via North Luzon Expressway.


Marquece Residences formerly known as "Angeles 9" is on pre-development stage and will soon render its License to Sell (LTS) by next month and are now accepting Letter of Intents for those interested to buy or invest a condominium in Angeles City. The whole project area is 1.3 hectares and composed four towers in which the height of two towers will be shorter compared with the other structures. Two of the four towers will be 8 storey high while the others would be at 13 storey high.


Apparently, there would be 20 residential units available per floor in order to maintain the maximum aesthetics and population in the towers.


The typical floor plan will be 1 Bedroom Units are 45 sqm, which shall comprise of 50% of the available units for sale. 2 Bedroom Units are 60 sqm, which shall be 35% of inventory and 3 Bedrooms at 90 sqm, which shall be 15% of the available inventory of units for sale
