Last Oct 6, 2011, Marquee Residences had their formal groundbreaking ceremonies at the Marquee Residences site beside Marquee Mall. Alveo Land Corp and Ayala Land officials graced this grand event in the starting phase of the construction of this new residential and leisure development in Angeles City.
In Mr. Fritz
Lim, Project Director of Alveo Land, statement. “The Groundbreaking ceremony signifies the start of the
construction of the project. The first act of breaking ground is done by the team
spearheading the project signifying their commitment to the project.
Technically, after the groundbreaking ceremony, the excavation works will be in full swing as we prepare for the structural works and eventually, the rise of Marquee Residences as the signature address of Pampanga.”
