CRB Benedict Baluyut, is a certified real estate professional with PRC Real Estate Broker's License No. 8358. He is based in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines. A true blue son of Pampanga. He has been an active real estate broker since 2007 after passing the Real Estate Brokers' Licensure Examination given by the Department of Trade and Industry last November 2006.
He is the former Vice-President for Management Information Systems (VP-MIS) of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines, Inc. - Pampanga Chapter (REBAP Pampanga Chapter) and as an associate broker of C. F. Baluyut Realty and has been a lecturer on topics regarding real estate selling and marketing using the internet, other multimedia platforms or social networking and financial planning and management from 2009 to 2011.
Other than realty, web designing, medical-scientific, teaching and healthcare trade, he is involved in financial planning awareness among the public through his other blog called, Pinoymoneyvantage, which is published tri-monthly. He is also a candidate for the Registered Financial Planners Institute - Philipppines (RFP Philippines).
