Are they proposed construction or already built.
If a foreign national wants to obtain them, pay all cash for them, can he buy the improvements on the land outright, pay for the land, but have a lease agreement with the developer for 25+25 or 50+25 years for a nominal lease charge of like 1 peso a year.
