Sysco will deliver exclusively designed three (3) model homes at the Lakeshore in order to meet the demand of housing among our fellow kababayans from abroad.

The three model homes are Eva, Frederique and Harumi which are intended for use only at Parklane however CCEI decided to use the Sysco model homes in order for the buyer to have a choice in having his home built within the confines of the estate.

The building system Sysco used is of affordable and quality made pre-fabricated walls, supports and construction material which have rigorously passed in its standard. Nowadays, pre-fabricated building are commonly used in mass housing project in order to built fast, strong and reliable to be delivery of the construction and services to the unit owner.
